June 9 & 10, 2003, fellow Christian leaders from across Texas and beyond
will gather in Austin for a City Impact Roundtable Conference. The purpose
and focus of this meeting is to discuss the following:

The Whole Church taking the Whole Gospel to the Whole City.

Who Should You Invite To Join With You?
.Pastors who have or need a Kingdom-sized vision for ministry
.Prayer Leaders who seek to serve the Church throughout the City
.Ministers of Compassion, Justice, Social Service, Youth ...
.Marketplace "Missionaries" who serve in and through the business,
legal, civic communities

Let’s face the facts. Most churches (if not all) are praying for revival to
come to their city. Yet, no single church, ministry, nor minister has
effectively reached the whole city--alone. To truly impact our region for the
glory of Jesus, the entire body of Christ must work together in unity.

The CIR conference is specifically geared towards connecting Christian
leaders of influence, prayer networkers, marketplace ministers, and those
with the burden for citywide revival. It will also provide a forum for
discussions about how each of these parts of the Body of Christ can work
together to make an impact in our city. By working together, relationships
and partnerships will be established; the barriers that once brought division
in the Body of Christ will begin to crumble. The whole church can begin to
work together and set a course for the future. There are some things that
can only be accomplished by unity, and reaching our whole city with the
good news is one of them.

Psalm 133:1;3                God commands the blessing upon it!
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in
… for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

John 17:11                       Jesus prayed for it!
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come
to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast
given me, that they may be one, as we are.

CIR is an initiative of Mission America Coalition. Pastor Phil Miglioratti,
CIR National Convener is working with a team of city leaders (servants) in
Austin, and will bring the insight and expertise he has gained from other
cities to Central Texas. To get additional information on CIR meetings that
were previously held in cities around the U.S., or on Mission America
Coalition, please visit

We urge you to prayerfully consider accepting this invitation to join with
other Christian leaders to share the ideas God has given you, hear from
others, and make the decision to work along with the whole church at
taking the whole gospel to the whole city! Please see the following page for

What Is Mission America?
What is the City Impact Roundtable?
What is National leadership Forum in New York (October 5-8, 2003)?

Response to CIR Meeting that Have Already Occurred

Brief Explanation of the City Impact Round Tables:

The City Impact Round tables (CIR) have developed out of Mission America
meetings. Christian transformational leaders from cities across the nation
have gathered twice a year for the purpose of building relationships, sharing
kingdom-sized vision for holistic evangelism and revival, and praying
together for united ministry throughout the Body of Christ. They have met
in the Roundtable format so that participants might also be contributors to
the "city-reaching" process in their area. CIR has had national meetings
where 50 or more cities have been represented and also sponsors regional
gatherings for further implementation in local areas. In the spring of 2002
six "working teams" were developed: 1. Social Action 2. Expanding the
Table 3. Prayer 4. Measurements & Outcomes 5. Theology & Definition 6.
Younger Generations (non-functioning to date). These Working Teams
meet monthly by conference phone calls to identify the related issues and
develop the latest data available on their topic of interest. The teams give
reports twice a year at national and regional meetings.

Brief Explanation of the Mission America Coalition:

The Mission America Coalition is an unprecedented cooperative effort of
some 500 national Christian leaders who have prayerfully come together to
help unite Christians for prayer, evangelism and revival. Honorary co-
chairs of the Coalition are Dr. Bill Bright (Campus Crusade for Christ), Dr.
Billy Graham (Billy Graham Evangelistic Association) and Dr. John Perkins
(Christian Community Development Association).

Comprised of the leaders of 80-plus denominations and over 350 Christian
ministries, MAC calls for active participation in The Great Commission to
"go into all the world and preach the Gospel, making disciples of all
nations" (Matthew 28:19) and The Great Commandment "Love the Lord
your God and . . . Love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:37,39).

Brief Explanation of the National leadership Forum in New York (October 5-
8, 2003):

The theme is "The Gospel in the City" Sharing Christ in Word and Deed.
The leadership team is calling it a "Mission America Coalition’s National
Leadership Forum" It is being designed in collaboration with the New York
Coalition of Ministries and Churches throughout New York City.

The strategic framework for the National Leadership Forum, "The Gospel
in the City," is city movements, which God has been raising up for the past
fifteen years across our nation. The vision for this gathering is to serve as a
creative forum in which leadership teams can be formed and existing
leadership teams can be strengthened to serve city movements across the
nation. This forum is for the equipping of teams of leaders (up to ten or
more from each city) with the aim of returning to their cities with new
resources to aid them in forming and re-forming around a long term plan
for sharing Christ in word and deed in every sector of their city,
transforming the lives of individuals and institutions for real Kingdom
growth. The National Leadership Forum will have three major components:
1. Plenary sessions, 2. Tracks and 3. Integrative Round Tables.

Its all about the Whole Church, taking the whole gospel to the whole City.
During the our last planning meeting we mentioned about fifteen Christian
leaders in Texas to give real testimonies or speak (stir us up with passion)
for about 20 minutes during the conference including CIR convener, Pastor
Phil Miglioratti who will kick off the pre-conference events with a powerful
message on Saturday, June 7 Citywide Prayer Breakfast @ 7: 00 AM and
moderate the meetings of June 9-10.
CIR holds in other 10 regions in the US and Canada.
